DZE CORPORATION is a Philippine multinational entertainment agency established in August 10, 2020 by founder Louello Zailiki Russo A. Montecarpio.

RULES AND WARNINGS

We are free to be ourselves and grab the limelight whenever we can as DZE members. There are, however, rules that one has to adhere to.

RESPECT An act of respect towards everyone at all times is a must. Insolent and disrespectful acts such as offensive messages, offensive jokes, private qrts, and subtweets are strictly prohibited and people under DZE will not be tolerated once caught in such problematic acts.TONE TAGS The use of tone tags or tone indicators is a necessity. This is to avoid misunderstandings, conflicts and confusions upon anyone who's affiliated with DZE. For guides, check the list of tone tags here.HOSPITALITY Create bonds and make memorable memories that you'll be able to bring until the end of time, hospitality is an essential element to a fresh start in forming bonds among co-members/co-band mates. Make them feel welcomed, and make sure that nobody gets left behind.

USAGE OF SYMBOLS
• As members of our community who seek to display exquisite visuals. It is highly important to do a background check on every "copy paste character" or "copy paste symbol" you're going to use. This is to ensure openness and awareness in our community. Here are some examples of symbols that you can freely use.*THE USE OF ALT TEXT
• A gentle reminder to refrain from using alt text for captioning or aesthetic reasons as it does not work that way. Alt text feature is for people who are visually impared. It is used to transcribe text or describe images. STRICTLY do not use it as a caption or for aesthetic reasons. Here is an example on how to properly use alt text.

WARNINGS
• An inactive member who has not complied with the band for 1 week—1 month will be given a warning by the HR Department, COO, or CEO. Consequences include:
1. First warning: (1 week) A message from the HR Department. Consequence: A talent showcase under the name of the band.
2. Second warning: (2 weeks) A message from the HR Department. Consequence: Do the leader's job in 2/3 gigs. Failure to execute the consequence may lead to the termination of the contract.
3. Third warning: (1 month) A message from the CEO or COO. Consequence: Termination of contract. You will be kicked out by DZE.

WARNING ( DISRESPECT )
• Once caught in the act of offense or violation, a maximum of 3 warnings will be given through direct messages. Consequences include:
1. First offense: A message from the HR Department.
2. Second offense: A message from HR Department.
3. Third offense: A message from the CEO or COO. Termination of contract / banned from DZE. You may never come back.

LEAVING/DEACTIVATING WITHOUT NOTICE
• A member who deactivates or leaves abruptly will be permanently banned by DZE and will never again obtain consideration from the corporation. If you wish to deactivate, kindly inform the HR / Manager, or leader of the band.
